Stop Panic and Soar Like an Eagle

Panic attacks come out of the blue and without any warning. With a heart that’s pounding hard and fast, many victims rush to the ER thinking they are having a heart attack. It is then not unusual for their condition to be misdiagnosed and the nightmare  to begin.

One by one, Jim has helped hundreds of victims since his full recovery from panic attacks in 1979 but he realized that wasn’t getting the job done. There are hundreds of millions suffering from this much misunderstood condition. In hopes of reaching many more sufferers,  he published a book about his journey, including the answers to his recovery.

About The Author

Jim Neidert

Jim suffered his first harmless panic attack at the age of 24, which was the beginning of an  eight-year-long nightmare. His fear of future panic attacks, along with fear of the unknown, led him to becoming a full-blown agoraphobic, unable to leave the safety of home. In the midst of raising two children and paying for a house, Jim had to quit his dream job, and his wife had to go to work for less than $3 an hour to support their family.

After The First Panic Attack is about one victims lonesome journey.

Jim tried everything within his means, searching for the answers to the bewildering state he was in, the state that robbed him of the joy of living.

Medical doctors, chiropractors, acupuncture, vitamin therapy, hypnosis, exercise and faith healers were all involved but with no results.

Questions Jim was continually asking were, what is happening to me? Why do I feel this way?  How can I support my family? Is this the way I will have to live my life, if you could call that living.

There are many misleading books and programs available, how many of you tried so far? Everything in Jim’s book is factual and the all the answers Jim was searching for that led to his full  recovery are here.

If you are an anxiety victim looking for your way out, Jim assures you, this will not be another dead end.
